Fill out the application form for the game you want to join. Tell us about yourself, your competitive style, and why you’d be a great fit for the game.
Get Selected
We review all applications and hand-pick a cast that will make for the most compelling game. You'll hear back from us via email.
Show Up & Play
Arrive at The Retreat, meet your fellow players, and let the game begin. Everything is provided — just bring your strategy and your poker face.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know the show to play?
Not at all — we walk every player through the rules before the game begins. Familiarity with the show helps, but it's not required. What matters most is your willingness to try.
What's included in the experience?
Your stay at The Retreat, all meals during the game, full game production including challenges and ceremonies, and a host to run everything. You just need to get yourself to Newport, Maine.
How many people play per game?
It depends on the format — Traitors and Survivor typically run with 16–24 players, while Big Brother runs with 12–18. We cap each game to keep it competitive and personal.
What if I'm not selected?
We keep all applications on file and reach out for future games. You can also re-apply for any upcoming event. We try to rotate in new players to keep the game fresh.
Can I apply with a friend?
Yes — you can note a preferred co-applicant on your form. We can't guarantee you'll both be selected, but we take it into consideration when building the cast.
